This is a tutorial I made a few months ago to teach my students how to do very high to low poly models. It is very powerful…the best part of it is that you don’t need any UV’s on your high poly. The first half of video is me going over the steps and explaining it. The second half of the video is me actually doing the process and showing my results. Enjoy.

One unique thing I think in the video I have is…No unwrapping your high but still being able to paint on it and texture it using polypaint in zbrush. Then using Xnormal to bake out the textures to your low. Very speedy.

    Great content in this video. Love the humor on the front in re-cappiing the ups and downs of the whole process. Plus a great quick run through of the overall process. Thanks Nick!
